A sheriff badge is a throwing weapon that Cactus McCoy uses to defeat Enemigos. It works like a ninja star. It needs to be thrown 42 times in order to consume it completely. It can either be found on the ground, dropped by a blue top-hat throwing Enemigo, and sometimes after smashing a Bramble Bush.

- Cactus Canyon(Area 1 - most commonly found)
- Midnight Express (Area 6 - a throwing Enemigo drops it)
- Emerald Temple (Area 11 - a throwing Enemigo drops it)
